Ideal tennants for STT found here!!!

Stable and clean family with kids looking for a long term rental. Non-smokers, no pets and happy attitudes. Under a five year employment contract on STT. We have lived in the Caribbean climate before and will actually be staying the full five years. In other words we know what we are getting in to and are in need of a clean and comfortable place to call home. 

The West end is not ideal for travel to work and school. 4 bed would be a dream come true, 3 bedroom is practical and optimal but we are creative and can make a large 2 bed work.

Open to video chat interview and although we currently own a home, and rental references will be hard to come by, we can supply references on character and in particular cases supply an excellent credit check.

Currently, we are stateside but have several people able to look at homes on our behalf. We will be on island starting the last week of April. We are looking to start a lease anytime between now and July.
