If perhaps someone who will allow dogs you will pay in rent what a modest house costs in the area you now live!
Maybe try contacting local realtors and even property management people. Good Luck you will need it.

St John is the place that you need to be there first to seek out what you need. It's mostly word of mouth. There is one place that does monthly rentals called Scenic Properties. Other than that the bulletin board at Connections is you best bet. As far as the pets are concerned, you may have to leave them with someone until you find the right place.

Hi. My bestfriend and I are getting ready to move to St. John and we need place to rent for at least six months to a year., preferrably an apartment. We are both female and we both 25 years old and just graduated college, so we don't have a large amount we can spend on rent. We are thinking maybe around $1400-1800. My friend has lived in St. John before, but lost her contacts. We would like to live around Cruz Bay.
