Morning everyone!
At Salud! Bistro we're experiencing a bit of turnover in the FOH with servers heading back to the states and such so we're currently looking for new service staff.
We're located just west of C'Sted in Princesse Plaza and are open from Mon-Sat for dinner only. Server shifts go from 4:30pm-11pm usually...dependent on business.
It's a must to know about wine as we sell a lot of it. Also, the more food knowledge, the better.
This is a great opportunity to make some serious cash serving up my food 🙂

Hello Noah.
I fly out next Tue. and arrive Wednesday morning, the 2nd. I am going to take down this number and give a call when I arrive. I have cooked and served in an italian style restaurant. My latest job, which this Friday will be my last day at, is at a wine store. I believe we're the 4th largest seller in the state. I don't have a LOT of knowledge in wine, but from working here the past 7 months I have covered most of the basics. Please keep me in mind and I'll call next week after arriving. My name is Trey.

I am trying to relocate to St. Croix in September permanently and would be looking for a wait staff job. I have years of restraurant experience/cateering and will be applying for a job with you when I am more certain about the date. While I have bar experience.....I need to polish my skills to a higher level regarding the wine. I was wondering if you could email me your wine list so I can study it.
About me: I am a single white female.....age 54.......I work out alot and consider myself to be in good shape. I am dependable and a hard worker. I would only be looking for part time.
If you have any sugestions about an apartment to near Christainsted for about 6 months while I look for a condo I would appreciate that.

I sent you an email about apartments, and then I read this thread. My apartments are very close to Salud!
Linda J, I agree about the mushroom soup. Sometimes we go just for the soup, but honestly, everything is always excellent.

I'm not in charge of staffing, just wanted to get the word out. The best way to contact is just call the # and leave a message and the boss will return your call.
Linda and Juanita, glad you love the soup! It's strange to me...... no matter how hot it gets, soup still sells like hotcakes! Thanks for the kind words.
