Hillcrest Guest House, Cruz Bay St. John, US Virgin Islands has two long term rental available:
1. The Peaceful Retreat has a private entrance, with an enclosed lockable porch. It is located on the ground floor, www.hillcreststjohn.com/longtermrental.html, and is NOW AVAILABLE. Suite interior is 435 square feet and the porch is 252 square feet.
Fully furnished with two air conditioners, two flat screen tv's, Bose radio, lock box and a gas stove. Free Wi-Fi, free cable is provided. Cruz Bay and the dock is a 3 minute walk
downhill. Electricity not included.
2. Apartment B. has a private entrance, with an enclosed screened pagoda. It is located on the second floor, right under the Tropical Garden Suite, www.hillcreststjohn.com/gardensuite.html, is AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1ST. The interior is the same size as the Tropical Garden Suite, 500 square feet. and the Pagoda is about 100 square feet.
Fully furnished with air conditioners, one 32 inch flat screen tv, Bose radio, lock box and a gas stove. Free Wi-Fi, free cable is provided. Cruz Bay and the dock is a 3 minute
walk downhill. Electricity not included.
Trunk Bay Beach. and Frank Bay Beach are minutes away. Frank Bay beach is a 4 minute walk downhill.
No pets. It is a Non-smoking guest house.
Year lease is requested. Deposit is $650. Electricity rate is not included; approximately from $75 to $150.

One Bedroom Apartment has a private entrance, with an enclosed screened pagoda. It is located on the second floor, right under the Tropical Garden Suite, www.hillcreststjohn.com/gardensuite.html, is AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1ST. The interior is the same size as the Tropical Garden Suite, 500 square feet, except no porch, instead it has a screened in Pagoda about 100 square feet.
Fully furnished with a queen size canopy bed, a full size futon, air conditioners, one 32 inch flat screen tv, Bose radio, lock box and a gas stove. Free Wi-Fi, free cable is provided. Cruz Bay and the dock is a 3 minute walk downhill. Electricity not included.
Trunk Bay Beach. and Frank Bay Beach are minutes away. Frank Bay beach is a 4 minute walk downhill.
It is a Non-smoking guest house. Access to Lounge Area.
Year lease is requested; $1300/month. Deposit is $650. Electricity rate is not included.
