Brand new living room furniture and kitchen counter tops. New paint and vanities in bathrooms. $1,800 plus utilities (rental amount is flexible). Available from 12 October 2008 - 31 March 2009. Not sure, I think we have talked, but I have a studio in Red Hook that I would rent for a couple of months at $1000, plus utilities. http://www.virginislandsrentals.com . Look at the pics of Red Hook Studio 2A. The pictures show a twin bed and a futon. It now has a queen bed, no futon.

I don't know what generally employed on the island means, but...if she's looking for a job, possibly as a server, bartender, mate on a day-sail boat, something like that, Red Hook is the best area for that.

Still looking for a room to rent. Preferably on St Thomas. It would only be short term unless it works out differently. Only looking for 2 months tops.

Perhaps it would help if we knew what your budget is? I assume it is less than $1000 per month, since you didn't respond to Juanita.

It is not our budget that is low right now. It is the amount of money we have up front to put down on somewhere. Between the both we are working 80 hrs a week plus I will be doing massage. We have a place up until Nov 7th if needed.

You may be thinking of billd. He has some rentals in the Sapphire area.

I'm looking for a rental unit on St. Thomas for December and January around $1000/month. I looked on your website but didn't see the Red Hook unit listed. Do you have a unit on St. Thomas available around this time frame?
