I unexpectedly am having yet another moving sale. I had planned to put all this stuff back into my house for the new tenants but they have shipped a container full of their own belongings and want to rent the house vacant other than the appliances. Sooooo.... anyone in the market for a condo full of furnishings and house wares, have I ever got the items for you! 🙂

For the large furniture items, I have movers coming in a couple weeks who could haul them up the one flight of stairs from the condo to the parking lot level to make it easier to pick them up if you were able to collect them that specific morning. No charge for the haul-up service on that day. Available sooner (immediately) if you have the manpower to haul them up one flight of stairs yourself.
I also have a 2000 Ford Expedition available for sale. I need the use of it for 4 more weeks and then it can be yours. Best offer!
It runs great, A/C is cold, brakes new, etc. Looking for around $4K, but am open to offers. Third row bench seating included (can be removed for more hauling space)
I have a 1990 Suburban that is available FREE to anyone who wants to tow it away. Good for parts.
I also have a hottub that was delivered new a few years back but never installed. I don't know it's current working condition as it's not hooked up. Will consider all offers. Comes with some spare parts and start-up chemicals.

Both dining tables and the lawyer's bookcase have been sold and picked up.
A buyer has left a check and his driver's license to hold a bunch of items until he returns with cash after the banks open on Monday. If he doesn't return with cash by Tuesday, these items will again be available by Wednesday:
Couch set, coffee table with end tables, palm tree lamps, wall mirror, palm tree prints, desk armoire, china cabinet, 6 drawer wicker dresser
The other items remain available, including the bedroom set and lots of assorted house ware items. I still have a vacuum, too, and some other stuff I still need to get listed.
