It's the only rental on the property. You can hear the ocean from the Bay below.

Rental amount includes Electricity, Water, Dish TV, High Speed Internet (BBVI), laundry room usage, and every other month Terminix services, monthly grounds maintenance. Property has a generator and water filtration system, sliding hurricane shutters.

I am looking for a long-term tenant who is clean, quiet, works days and pays rent on time. Prefer single occupancy. Sorry, No pets.
No partiers. No drama. References required.
