Fully furnished 1X1 apt. will be available for rent starting July 1st, 2014 for 6 months, possibly longer term for the right person. A shorter term may be possible. This apt. is normally rented as a short term vacation rental. It has dishware, pots, pans, glassware, towels, linens, microwave, toaster, HDTV, etc. It has a full sized kitchen. Just bring your suitcase!

The rental amount is $1500 per month (1st, last and security of $1000) and includes all utilities: Electricity, DISH TV service with 250 channels, High Speed Wireless Internet (BBVI), Water, Propane for stove, use of Laundry Room on same deck level as apt., Terminix Pest Control Services comes every other month and there is monthly grounds maintenance for the property. There are sliding hurricane shutters and the property has a generator with an auto transfer switch to power entire property. There is a whole house water filtration system.

You do need a car in our location (as anywhere you live in STT as public transportation is neither reliable nor available in many areas of our island) but it's about a 12 min. drive to town, UVI, less than 5 min. to Hull Bay and it is a quiet peaceful location. We overlook Dorothea Beach so there are great views plus you can hear the waves. The rental has its own off road parking pad, separate entrance and decks. This is a very quiet, safe and private location.

You need to be clean, (the apt. is spotlessly clean) quiet, (not a party person), pay rent on time, be respectful of the furnishings.

The apt. has a new deck, new propane stove, a brand new, large refrigerator, a new HDTV, linens and some other items.
