I have a lovely 3 Bedroom 3 Bath House. Amenities galore - open floor plan, cable, pool, tennis court and basket ball court.
Owner will maintain pool and lawn. (Cistern water) -
$2500 a month - Negotiable

do you take pets? any extra area for an extra bedroom/office?

Yes, pets are allowed. No extra room for bedroom or office but living área is large enough to set up an office.
