Free washing machine in need of repair

We have a 3 year old front loading GE washing machine that is not working properly. The message says it needs a new motor or motor controller. If you are handy and could fix it yourself and you live on St. Thomas, you can have it for free. Just let me know.

I tried to post this on Freecycle but nothing has been posted there in over a month. Does anybody know why?
