We do recommend you have a car.

Full kitchen, with brand new stove, small closet, brand new sofa bed, firm and comfy, easy chair and a couple of bar stools and dresser. Air conditioner. Also includes house wares. Just right for one person.

$750 per month, plus electric and water (already on).

Rent includes Dish Satellite TV and wireless Internet. ($170 per month value) Also garbage pick-up, parking and nice grounds. Coin laundry in building.
