New paved road leading to duplex. Many plants and fruit trees on property. One year lease required. 1200.00 per month plus utilities (mostly electric, but stove is propane). I have been lining up people for the end of this month to view the unit. It will be in next weeks Island Trader so if you are interested let me know now so I can get you first on the list before I get a million calls next week... lol
