Down to three rentals! St. Croix
Hello there everyone! I would very much like to thank you all, and this forum as so many people have been connected with rental or other housing over the past month. It has been such a great experience for me. This month, I only have three rentals left, and of course would like to post them here first.
The first is a two-bedroom house at the bottom of Constitution Hill. It was initially listed for $2,800 per month plus utilities, but now is $2,000 per month. It is a large home with a huge kitchen, living room and decent sized formal dining room. There are two baths, one in the master suite, and one near the second bedroom off of the living room. It is pet friendly, preferably no more than 2-3 pets, and the yard is being re-done at this time, which is why the price is lower. Older gardens are being given new life, and new gardens will be put in. Close to Hess/Hovensa, the hospital, shopping and less than 10 minutes from old Christiansted. 1 month security and minimum of 6 months to one year lease.
The final two are in the same area of Estate Solitude, east of Christiansted (the mountains across from Chicken Charlie's). One is a rather small but seperately constructed studio apartment, the other, a fairly large one bedroom apartment. Both are furnished, From Buck Island to Puerto Rico, STT, STJ and the BVI. There is a large and lovely pool, gardens, decks and multiple areas for lounging in sun or shade. There is also an outdoor grill area with a sink and bar set up, cool breezes due to the altitude, privacy and security. Rather like having your own wonderful tropical vacation home, but available every time you leave work and come home! Beautiful.
The house at Consitution Hill can be shown at any time, and the apartments at Solitude can be shown by appointment Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of this coming week.
