Dog-friendly 2 bedroom rental & preschools?

Hi everyone,

I need to find a 2 bedroom place, preferably a house if I can afford it, for myself, my daughter, and a small dog. Any suggestions as to where to look, complexes, etc? it can be unfurnished, or partially furnished, a roommate is a possibility, depending on the person of course. I would greatly appreciate any leads.

Also, I am wondering about any preschool recommendations? My daughter is 4, and unsure about kindergarten in the fall yet, where she'll be going.
