Hello everybody
Is there a mechanism here that the consumer is protected with the purchase? I recently purchased an item here and I wasn't satisfied. I tried to contact the seller again and no success after 2+ weeks of trying.
Need advice please. Thanks.

i know where he lives. when i wentbthere to return
the item he wouldnt come out of his apartment. i
tried calling his phone but he just ignored my calls.

you are protected here in the VI by the same laws that you are in the main land. But the saying buyer beware is even more important now than ever!
I assume that you have a written agreement with him?

We didnt get a receipt but he mentioned that he accepts returns.
Funny tho, this guy works at the justice department.
