condo stx - 1 bedroom - long or short term - pmv

I just met Dan yesterday and he turned me on to this site and said he had units available for pmv's. I have a 1 bedroom condo out on the east end at southgate courtyard villas, which is coming available tomorrow, and would like to get it occupied. It is completely furnished comes with cable tv and telephone. For people that like some peace and quiet, it has the best location in the complex, away from the pool, and cheeseburgers restaurant. it is an end unit first floor, and looks out onto vacant land next door and southgate plantation. Being an end unit makes it feel like you are in your own little house rather than in a condo development. There are 2 sets of french doors out onto porches, as well as the entrance door. The going rate for condos at this complex is $1400 per month plus electric. Short term rates seem to be $875 per week in peak season, and $650 in the summer, these would include electric.
This complex has a fantastic pool and is right up the street from some great beaches. it is not too far out on the east end, so trips to Christiansted aren't that far. If anyone has some pointers on how best to get this rented, that would be greatly appreciated.
