I have a few vacancies available now and some upcoming:
Two units available immediately at Mill Harbour Condos. Both are 2-BDR, 2-BTH. Ground floor unit is the floorplan with the narrow living area and gallery has been incorporated into living room and rents at $1100-$1200 per month plus utilities depending upon length of lease. 2nd floor unit is the floorplan with the double width gallery and the master bedroom opening to the gallery and view of gardens and rents at $1700 per month plus utilities (might be slightly negotiable if 1-year lease is signed). Both are in good condition and include some new furnishings and other renovations just completed, including some new appliances, A/C units, paint, ceiling fans and other assorted upgrades. Both units are currently on the market and tenant would need to accommodate occasional showings. No pets are allowed at this complex. There is a laundry room on-site but no facilities in the individual units.
2-BDR, 2-BTH unit available at Colony Cove in mid-February. This second floor unit is in impeccable condition with newly refaced kitchen cabinets, new appliances, recovered furnishings, new paint and many more recent renovations. Nice ocean view and large gallery. $1800 per month lease rate includes local phone, pest control, cable tv, wireless internet. Power and water are individually metered and at tenant's expense. Laundry is in the unit. No pets are allowed at the complex.
Large 1-BDR, 1-BTH condo at St. C's Condos is available about February 22nd after current vacation tenant departs. This unit has two queen size beds and a hide-a-bed to accommodate roommates or visitors, etc. Great ocean view and breeze. New ceiling fans. New windows going in soon (they are ordered and en route). Laundry facillities in unit. Stairway to pool deck is nearby for easy access. $1400 per month includes WATER, pest control, cable tv with HBO, mailbox and security guard. Power is billed at tenant's expense. Unit is wired for VI Broadband with receiver in place if tenant wishes to activate the monthly plan. This is a walk-in level unit in the lower buildings with view facing Buck Island.
2-BDR, 1-BTH guest cottage on Rust Op Twist estate in the northshore area is now available. $1500 per month plus utilities of your choice. Cistern water is included. Large gallery with ocean view. Pet-friendly property. A few maintenance/cleaning/painting items are being addressed or a reduced first month's rent can be arranged if tenant wishes to complete these items themselves.
Upcoming vacancies:
Ground floor 2-BDR, 2-BTH unit at Colony Cove available first week of April. Nicely furnished and equipped. Large gallery. Newer appliances. $1800 per month lease rate includes most utilities except water and power. Garden view with glimpse of Caribbean through the landscaping. Laundry in the unit. Gated complex with nice pool area on-site and beach access.

Hi Alexandra. This is nanatravel that you met on the Caribbean Princess in November.
I've been trying to find you. We are sailing on the Jewel of the Seas next November. I would love to talk to you about sailing or what to do while on a day trip at St. Croix. We have over 175 people on our Roll Call list already.

These condo units are also available for short-term rental by vacationers or for PMV's until rented long-term. Rates vary by length of stay and unit selected.

Hi Alexandra!
My friend is moving down to the VI's about Monday the 28th and is in search of a home. He is going to be the new manager of a store on your island. I'm thinking that the 2bd/2bt at $1100-1200 would be perfect for him and his friend; however, I would like to see pictures. Why is there a price difference? Are there more than one unit available?
I appreciate any extra info and pictures.

STX = St. Croix
STT = St. Thomas
STJ = St. John
I have condos still available at:
Mill Harbour (2-BDR, 2-BTH)
Colony Cove (2-BDR, 2-BTH)
St. C's (1-BDR, 1-BTH)
And a 2-BDR, 1-BTH cottage available on the Rust Op Twist estate on the nothshore (pet-friendly!)
I have several additional units I am about to take on at Mill Harbour and St. C's, so do expect to have vacancies to fill fairly often as people come and go.
