Ideal candidate has five years superintendent/PM experience on large scale (+$5mil) commercial construction projects. Must have a working knowledge of all facets of construction, from understanding grades and elevations, underground utilities, concrete paving, site retaining walls, multi-story building concrete wall pours, plumbing, electrical, and finishes, and be able to rapidly process how all of these systems work together. Duties will include management of 5+ crews and intensive QC at every step for each crew to ensure contractual compliance on all work. Must be organized and have excellent communication skills as well as having the ability to push the work forward to meet an aggressive schedule. Knowledge of job site safety is critical- OSHA training is a plus. This is not an office job. The work is hard and heavy, the pace is intense,and the expectation level is high. Only construction superstars need apply.
