Caretaker position?

I am returning to St Thomas and looking for a caretaker/housesitter position. I previously lived on STT, and had a caretaker position that involved light housekeeping, sistern management, hurricane readiness, household errands, etc. in exchange for a small efficiency apartment. I am a 49 year old stateside lady with no pets, no children at home, extremely neat, clean, organized and dependable. I have excellent STT and stateside references. Does anyone need (or know someone who needs) a caretaker?
