I have been a caretaker/property manager at a multi million dollar property on STX for 7 years, which has operated as an AirB&B. I am a 33 year federal employee with a security clearance and been in the maintenance/construction field all my life. The property I live at now is in the process of being sold, so I am now looking for another opportunity. PM me if you are looking for someone dependable and honest in this capacity.
