we're thinking about selling our boat in California so I thought I would see what kind of response I get here since we all live all over the place. If it doesnt sell that's ok too,we want to sail it over there (STX) in the fall. The boat is 35' 1969 Islander one of only three sister ships ever made like her. beautiful wood inside,rare flat deck vintage,aft cabin,v-berth.....

stephaniev: The boat sounds lovely, but there are two descriptors that will either turn people way on or off: "1969" and "beautiful wood." Sounds like a high maintenance yacht! If you are looking to sell her, she may need an enthusiast! 🙂

all of the wood is inside,shiny and haven't had maintenence issues,the 1969 she a classic antique !!! unique

I agree with you on the classic. I googled her and she looks great. Shiny wood, huh? Well, you will look great sailing around the VI!, if you decide to bring her out! 🙂
