We have a beautiful studio in our private home overlooking Sapphire Beach. The studio comes with all furnature, kitchen items. It has a separate galley kitchen. The property has a pool and laundry facilities and is gated. You can walk to Sapphire, Lindquest, and Pelican beaches. Just painted so it is ready to go.
1000 MONTH. First, last and security needed. You pay electric and water. Long term lease.

Is this in Sapphaire Village, is it still available for rental and aproximately how much is the WAPA?

No it is not in Sapphire Village, it is in a private home overlooking Sapphire beach. It is right next to Crystal Cove and overlooks Pelican as well as Sapphire. It is on the beach side of Smith Bay Road.
The WAPA bills depend on how much AC you want to use. The previous tenants used about 150 a month.

We stayed in one of their private rooms with bathroom with our small dogs for a week. Beautiful place with great views, reasonable rates. Owners are great people too, they helped us get our permanent place here, would recommend them for sure.
