OK, this has been driving me crazy, so I have to ask... The Grapetree home looks very nice in the pictures, and the price is certainly right, too. So why is it still (always) for rent?? Inquiring minds want to know. 😉

I heard there is an apartment underneath.....which isn't always what someone is looking for when paying the price for a house. My info could be wrong (or not), same with the Tippary home and one of them has a large dog?

Gotcha. That would definitely be a deal-breaker for us. If we're paying for a house, we want the whole thing -- apartment included!

Grapetree is an extremely nice area, it is all very posh and pretty. At that price it is a steal. So many house have an apartment attached to them here. I would say its at least 50%. Its just another thing to get used to here. I always like it. Nice to have a friendly neighbor that close ESPECIALLY when you are new and its a great security feature.

S Grape tree - Theres an apartment under the house plus an additional 1 bedroom detached apartment as well. The pool area is shared as well as the laundry. The place is in a nice area & you can walk to 2 beaches, but you are living communal.
