Efficiency 1B - Only available for now until Dec. 1, so if anyone is looking for just a very short term, $50 per day, 10 day minimum, must be out by Dec. 1.

One Bedroom 6B - available immediately $850 per month, 3 months or longer. Shorter stay at $950 per month.

Two Bedroom / two bath 5A - available approx. Dec. 1 - $1350 per month, 6 months or longer. Shorter term at a higher rate $1500-$1800 depending on length of stay.

Studio 3B - available Dec. 21 - $850 per month, 3 months or longer. Shorter stay at $950 per month.

All units are furnished and have basic house wares, so turn-key, move in ready. We are very centrally located in a nice residential area (there is a map on the website), so it's a great option for getting to know your way around the island before making a long term housing commitment.

Dish Satellite, wireless Internet and garbage pick up included. Coin laundry and convenient parking. Owner/manager and live in maintenance man on site.

Electric and water are additional, but already on.
