Apartments, Mt. Solitude, STX. Incredible

Hello there again! As I had mentioned, I offered to help a friend with getting information out about her apartments. Currently, there are two, soon to be three, all on St. Croix.

The first is a wonderful 1 bedroom beautiful house ideal for the single professional. Incredible views, completely furnished and beautifully at that. Although there are multiple terraces, patios, grill areas and a pool, this has its own balcony with grill, and is above all the rest in terms of elevation. Truly Shangri La. $1,600 per month with security, open now, must be seen to appreciate. Just unbelievable. With a secure job, six month lease and good history, rent may be somewhat negotiable. All utils included unless the conglomerate electric bill goes over $500 per month. This has not happened, so I don't know what it would be, but I imagine minimal.

The second is a one bedroom apartment, open July 15, directly across from the pool and grill/entertainment area. Great kitchen of polished stone and granite, nicely furnished, breezy and cool as it is at the top of the mountain. $1,400 per month, same arrangement as with the first house.

The third is a truly huge studio, again at the top of Mt. Solitude, E. of Christiansted. Really large, own patio as well as the shared areas and pool. Nicely furnished. This friend keeps these places pristine. Beautiful in every regard. $900 per month with security, no pets and pool does not have fencing, so is more of an adult oriented area.

Oh! Finally, in Bugby Hole near Ha' Penny beach there is a one bedroom, entire first floor for $1,600 per month. Pool, view, lovely. Wonderful grounds.

For any of these, we are trying to simplify by getting together and listing, rather than having many seperate listings. Easier for owners, easier for seekers. All STX.
