We have several apartments, all fully furnished and equipped with house wares. Our rental rates and deposits are based on length of stay, and all rents include FREE Dish Satellite TV and wireless Internet, as well as pest control, landscaped grounds, laundry on site, garbage removal, plenty of parking and lots of green space for walking your dog! Yes, we are pet friendly, with just a few exceptions.
The best part is our LOCATION!! Just 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, with easy access to mid-island, hospital, restaurants, BEACHES, and so much more. We are in a quiet, residential, neighborhood, with no thru traffic. Perfect for night shift nurses!!
The next best part is our flexibility....We realize moving to a Caribbean island will be a new experience for most of you, and we want to help make that a little easier. We offer short term, interim housing, for those who need to get a feel for the island, find a job, get to know their way around, etc., before making a long term commitment. Our 3 month option is our most popular, but we do have residents who have been with us for years. We will also rent for just 1 month, so we're even a great snow-bird, or pre-move visit, destination for those who don't want to pay high resort prices. We offer a rental arrangement for just about any request.

We still have 2 of our efficiency apartments available. One is available now and the other in early Dec.
The 1 bedroom unit is also still available immediately.
Since we offer both short term and long term rentals, we may have other openings soon. Please inquire if you need something for a future date or if you need a larger apartment.

My husband and I are interested in the one bedroom. We arrive on island Dec. 8 and leave March 28.
