The unit has a king size bed, matching nite stands, dresser, and mirror.
The unit also has a huge bathroom with closet and floor-to-ceiling mirrors, plus over sized vanity counter with mirrored cabinet.
The kitchen is cozy and very user friendly; frost free refrig with ice maker, gas 4 burner range with oven, under-counter beer and wine cooler/refrigerator, glass topped dining table and ample storage, plus both a back entry door and an exit onto the wooden deck.
Easy access to adjoining laundry facilities: large capacity washer with matching gas dryer, shared with an additional apartment.
Main living area is fully air conditioned, if necessary!
Every area and room has ceiling fans and over sized windows, for great air circulation.
Sliding glass door-wall exits onto a large wooden deck, overlooking the valley and forests adjacent to the estate, then off to the ocean.
