Apartment needed jan24th-may3 STX

Hello there. I am a realtor (just so you know), but have friends who might have a beautiful apartment for that period of time. I think I could get it for $1,600 or so, utilities included. If you could send me your regular email address, I will check in with them as they are visiting me for the holidays, and can get back to you with price and photos. I charge no fee to tenants, so that cost would not be a factor.

I also will keep my eye out for other options. This is not right on the water, but is minutes away with a beautiful view of HayPenny beach, has a pool and the apartment is 1,700 square feet with laundry facilities.

We have a 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath loft condo located at The Reef on the East End. It is furnished and freshly painted. It is situated on a hill over a golf course with an ocean view and short 5 min walk to the beach, pool, tennis courts, resturant and deli. New appliances including Washer/dryer and dishwasher. I know you said you need it starting Jan 24th; however, it will not be available until Feb 1, just one week later. If you can find other accomodations for that week, this would be an option. $1500 plus utilites would work as well.

I have a large 1-BDR condo available now at St. C's that is waterfront up on a bluff with a few minutes walk down to a beach. Awesome ocean view, furnished, etc. $1500 plus power. No pets allowed. Furnished and equipped, laundry in the unit.

I also have a 2-BDR, 2-BTH condo at Mill Harbour that could go for $1400 per month plus utilities. It has a garden view and comes furnished and equipped. There is a laundry room at the complex. This complex is on condo row and does have a beach access plus a restaurant and bar on-site. It's popular with a lot of contractors who come to the island so you would likely find others in a situation similar to your own (3-6 month residents eager to meet new people and enjoy all the island has to offer).
