Apartment near hospital

Hi radioguy,
I have apartments about 2.5 miles from the hospital. I currently have a two bedroom available for Dec. 1. You can look at my website at http://www.virginislandsrentals.com. Go to the page for 2 Bdrm 5A for pictures of the available unit.

For walking distance, Peppertree Terrace, 340-778-6425, is directly across the street from the hospital. Their rates are a little less than mine, but it doesn't include anything. They are furnished, but no TV or house wares.

Got your PMs, so I assume the above post is for me?? I don't have a 2 bedroom unit open until late Oct., at the earliest, probably into Nov. or even Dec. 1.

Long term (year's lease) is $1350 per month. Shorter term available @ $1500-$1800, depending on length of stay. Elec. and water extra. Dish TV, Internet and garbage removal are included in the rent.

I have a one bedroom that is a safari ride to the hospital. We have had many traveling nurses and now have a permanent nurse staying at our complex. We re in a gated community as well as a gated home right by Sapphire Beach.
