apartment for rent cruz bay, st. john

Hi -

I'm not interested at this time but am curious as to whether you are a rental manager (for future reference!) or the owner. Also is this part of a larger dwelling? Thanks.

Am looking at job transfer w/US Government to St. John. Was curious about apartment rentals for the island. It will be my husband and myself and our daschund dog. Can you give more details of your place? Deposit, etc... Is it air conditioned? What other amenities might it have? Are long-term rental properties such as yours hard to come by on the island?

apartments at this time are hard to come by, being that it is high season. our apartment is spacious and quite cozy.. consisting of two bedrooms a kitchen, bathroom w/ shower, plenty of closet space a deck with gorgeous views, air conditioning (also ceiling fans in every room) living room with a full couch, love seat and arm chair. the upstairs apartment houses a lovely couple with their dog, very friendly and quiet. so having a dog would not be a problem.
rent is 1600 mo. deposit includes first, last and security fees. landlords are incredibly nice.
we're looking to move out by mid feb.

Is this apartment still available? My fiancee and I just landed jobs on St. John and we want to live in Cruz Bay. We will be down in early to mid February.....Please advise. Thanks!

HI, my name is Kristi and my best friend and I are moving down to St. John in about a month, around the end of February. The place you have posted sounds perfect for us and right in our price range. My friend, Katie, has lived there before and she was in Cruz Bay, which is where we want to live again. If the place is still available around the time we move, then we would love to see the place and from the way it sounds we will probably want to rent it.
