Hello All,
My apartment will be coming available as soon as I get my stuff out. 🙂 If anyone is seriously interested just pm me. I would like to see good people rent it as I really liked the landlady. Her son is renting it out since she is stateside currently.
It is on STT in the Frenchman's Bay area. Has a huge porch, view of the Caribbean ocean, large living/dining room and large bedrooms. It is the first of two floors so you have to walk down the stairs (important when carrying huge cases of water, etc.) No air conditioning (actually a small one in the kitchen, but I couldn't afford to run it). Electric bill has run me about $300/month at it's highest. Anyway, pm me if interested.

I will be arriving in STT on Aug 16 and need an apartment. Can you tell me more about it or give me the landlord's contact info?
