Hey I currently live on a sailboat in the Christiansted Harbor but Im trying to get ashore, its just too difficult with my jobs. I work at a restaurant on Northshore Road and at Powerhouse GYm. I am looking for a reasonable place to rent so nothing more than $700 a month.

There are lots of apartments renting for around $700 in STX right now. They are called efficiencies. Call some of the realtors (Pam McFadden or Sharon Early at Coldwell Banker), or go to stxpm.com and see if they have anything. Look under long-term rentals. I didn't see that Alexandra had any this month, but look in the Avis on Wednesdays and Sundays, you will find some places that are great deals. I saw one apartment that was 2 bedrooms up near Cane Bay for $900. I can try to find the guy's phone number if you want, PM me. You are working in a good area to find deals, just ask around.
