Looking to visit STT (scouting to see if I want to live here) for the first time and would like a comfortable/affordable 1 BR from 4/5 - 4/14. I'll be looking to rent a car as well, so if you have any suggestions, much appreciated!

I always have good luck with the website VRBO.com. If you haven't visited STX also, you may want to check it out as well. Totally different in so many ways. 'Course I'm partial cause we love STX best having visited all three and picked STX to live and love, love it!!!
About car rentals...sometimes when you pkg it with your flight, you can come out better and get your air miles to boot. STT and STX both have all the major car rental companies,
