3bd House avail. 1-15-09

A friend of mine asked me to post this for him...his tenants are going to be moving out, so it should be ready for the 15th of Jan. It's a 3 bedroom, but the basement could be used for an office or another bedroom. Cable TV and Phone are included but you pay rent of $1,550 + WAPA,. This sits inside a gated property (there are plans in the works for an electric gate, but it is manual right now), so it is very safe, pets are welcome...and the best part....you have your very own beach!! The only access is thru your gate, or by boat. A few employees of the company that own the entire property that this house is adjacent to have the gate combination, but I've never seen more than 4 people on this beach at a time...and it's about 1/3 of a mile, has decent snorkeling, and I've caught lobsters snorkeling around Green Cay. The bay where the beach is is called Coculous, or Little Coculous, but most refer to it as Frenchman's Bay. It's semi-furnished, so you might need a few things, but PM me and I will send you Jerry's e-mail and he can explain exactly what is there and what you might need. This place isn't the Ritz, but it's clean, spacious and very private, he just re-tiled a bunch of it, it has an extra 800 gallon cistern, in addition to the one built with the house...I'm thinking I might have to move into it if no one else takes it! I mean, I could share my two bedroom apartment and pay $750 each...or get TWO roomies and it'll drop to $517/mo, + electric!! And then I could have my dog! Hmmm....I don't think you guys want this pace....move on to the next ad!!! haha! Oh! Almost forgot...it has an indoor AND and outdoor shower! NO neighbors within earshot...
