Nice 2/2 condo for rent at Mill Harbour condominiums. Second floor with garden view. The complex has beach, pool, tennis courts, restaurant and is gated with security. $1100/month + utilities.

Also, what would be needed to move in (i.e. first month rent, security deposit, etc)? How long of a lease are you looking for?
