We love our truck, but we are leaving island for a while.
2008 Toyota Tacoma. I don't know what it's called, but it has the small back seat and 4 doors.
Less than 60,000 miles
Automatic, 2WD
New tires on front, good tires on back
Runs great and looks pretty good. Some paint chips/fade, but that's part of what makes it great...You won't mind hauling gravel in it or dressing up to go out to an event. Interior is in great shape.
Asking $13,000
Would like to sell the last week of Sept. Leaving Oct. 1.

Great, below book, price on this truck. I did some looking on craigslist and there are 3 Tacomas listed, all 3 are 2005, asking prices from $15,000-$15,500.
I am putting an ad on craigslist, so you can look there for pictures.

Tacoma are great!
I have a '97 4WD, manual that's still running great and in excellent condition.
I wouldn't sell it.

I'm really surprised we haven't had more action on this.
We are leaving island on Thursday, so willing to entertain OBO, but not too low. If not sold by then, we will probably put it in consignment at and the price will go up. We may just leave it with a friend to continue to try and sell for us.
I would love to just store it somewhere safe, so we would have it when we get back, but the storage units on STX are just over the top expensive.

I know....I've been asked often, in the past.
Thursday morning, it's going to Tire Express in Princess. They handle consignment vehicles.

Hi Jane. Sorry, didn't mean to ignore your post, and I appreciate the offer. We just don't know how long we'll be gone. That makes it tough to leave the truck with a friend. It could be a year, or more.

I'm severely tempted since I first saw this here and on fb but mid october is my timeline. I'll keep an eye out at the consignment place but that should work well for you. Vehicles don't stay there long. Good luck!

Good morning. Yes, the truck is still at Tire Express. Their number is 340-718-5525. You may know where they are, but it's the old Toyota dealership location on Northside. The big sign now say YOTATA.
