High speed internet, satellite TV, local phone service all included(water and electricity not included). Washer and dryer in unit. Fabulous patio with sliding glass doors in both living room and master bedroom. Caribbean views from entry and patio, just steps to beach and pool. Looking for long term nonsmoking tenant. No pets. $1600/month.
