The property is adjacent to approx. 1100+ acres of Cruzan bush and wooded hillside, commonly referred to as the "Cruzan Rain Forest"!.
12 minutes to the airport, 20 to Sunny Isle, 30 to Christiansted, and only 5 minutes to all the west end beaches, all without having to drive through town!
We do have many splendid sunsets...plus colorful rainbows when it rains down the hill.
The cottage is well weather-protected by the local hilly terrain from storms; either tropical or hurricane.
The concrete cottage was originally built in the 1985, completely redesigned and finished in 2010.
It has never received damage in any storms...including HUGO.. a very weather safe area.
