There is a two bedroom one bath apartment available in the building I live in, it is a great location above town in St. Thomas next to Villa Blanca at the top of Raphune Hill. It has off street parking, your own separate laundry room and storage and the landlord lives on premises which is a big plus. Its a steal for $1,400 a month. Will be arriving on island soon and I am starting to search for apts. -- Is this one still available? Also I am looking for a roommate if possible. I am white male, 47, non smoker, no pets.
