Good day everyone. I have a couple of apartments opening up in the near future.
Efficiency, suitable for one person - Feb. 1, or a few days before - $750
Spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath - will accommodate 4 comfortably - mid January or Feb. 1 - $1450
Above rents are based on 6 months lease, but we are flexible, and the rent may vary according to length of stay.
Electric and water are not included in the rent, but are already on. Dish Satellite TV and wireless Internet are FREE! Garbage pick-up is also included in the rent. Parking, coin laundry, maintenance on site, lots of green space and really convenient to most everything on the island. All apartments are furnished and equipped with some house wares and linens. Where are these located on Island?

Good morning divegirl,
We are located approximately 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted, on a small private road, just off Route 75 (Northside Rd). Our next available apartment is a spacious two bedroom, two bath, mid-March, or possibly early March. If you are already on island, I will be glad to set up a time to show you the apartment.
