Located on the west end of St Croix, about 2 miles outside of Frederiksted.
Completely furnished with a really nice kingsize bedroom, full bathroom with large sink, shower and tub, living area that overlooks the ocean and forests below, compact kitchen, gas range, two door refrigerator, ice maker, dining area, lots of ceiling fans, efficient split style air conditioning system, washer dryer laundry center, gated entrance in a nice residential neighborhood.
Hi speed DSL internet, expanded channel cable TV, electric allowance all included in the rent.
Private entrance, big patio and a realy nice view of the ocean and the west end beaches.
$900/month, available middle February.
Well mannered Pets allowed.

For those who asked:
The air conditioning, split system, very efficient will add approx $80 to $100/month to the rent if used full time!
The rental allowance for regular household electricity is approx $30 or so, for the ceiling fans, lights, etc., and is included in the rent, same for the DSL and extened cable TV.
If you do not want cable TV or internet, we will deduct $60.00 from the bill.
Cooking is with a propane gas range, clothes dryer is also gas.. the amount of electric usage is always really low due to all the CFL lights and hi-efficient ceiling fans.
The air conditioner is metered individually so it's operational cost is a known kilowatt usage.

2 miles outide of F'sted probably means north. To get from there to C'sted, figure 40 minutes MINIMUM. With traffic, could easily be more.

I used to work in gallow bay...took 25 minutes to get there every day that I worked...usually more time getting back home in the evening!
I live just east of Frederiksted closer to Mahogany Road, but never used that road to get into C'sted. Always used Queen Mary and short cut by the National Guards complex...then again, I started work @ 7 am...very little traffice at that time!

Appreciate everyone's help, speaks well of you all.
Being from outside the area is very difficult to figure out this stuff. What I need is a short distance from Beeston Hill in Christensted. Short is 15 minutes or less. I'm probably asking the wrong questions. :-/ I need to get a beater car initially (another issue I could use help with). Trying to pull this off is, difficult.

Hi and greetings all;
This furnished apartment is really a great place to live, but after a lot of seaching other listings, visiting some apartments, talking with prospective tenants and also realizing that the basic economy of the island is presently worse than it has been in 20 years of living here,
We had to do something to help!
So we have decided to lower the on-time rental rate an additional 10%... to make the unit more affordable.

This rate still includes cable TV, DSL internet, washer and dryer, and all the wonderful views to the ocean and sunsets galore!
