The 3rd bedroom in our condo will be opening up for the month of July, we could negotiate if you'd like to move in sooner. The room is located in Pelican Cove condos which is a very safe condo complex near C'sted. It has private security and plenty of parking. It is located just West of C'sted and is fully furnished. You would be living with 3 twent-somethings, but have your own private room and bathroom with balcony access and ocean view. The water in only a few feet away as well. Rent is $800 for the month and is a perfect place to live while looking for permanent housing. Any questions send me a PM and I'll send some photos as well.

Hey,
I was wondering if this place is still available. My boyfriend and I are moving to the VI's and are looking for something short-term until we decide if we want to stay permanently. The only problem is, we would need the room sooner, specifically starting June 11th. We are both in our mid 20's....
