Two professionals, one dog and one cat moving to STJ with jobs in search of housing. We have on island references and past landlord references that will vouch for our character and animals.

I have a one bedroom, one bath unit that is available on STT. It is right above Sapphire Beach & Pelican Beach which you can walk to in five minutes. It comes with water, gas, and basic cable. You pay electric and phone if you want one. The unit has balconies that over look St John and Tortola. It has a washer, dryer and a pool. The yard is gated and there is ample, level parking. 1250 per month, first, last and one month security. Available 10/1. Looking for a one year lease. We will consider the right pet.

The Daily News just had adverstisements for apartments in STJ. Very rare and the price was not unreasonable.
The classifieds should be online.
Alas, I don't have a link for you but a Google search should reacll it.

I am checking this online news site, but may be out of my price range still. I could live in a smaller unit to cut costs. I was looking for something around $1000 or so.
Thank you for your efforts. I just took a permanent position for the NPS would prefer STJ housing. Please keep me in mind if you see anything else.
