Hi and greetings all...the landlord has been told by the boss that we can offer a "stimulus package" for a new renter for the 1 bedroom apartment...50% off the seconds month's rental fee!!! Since the first month is usually prorated for the number of days usage...we would like to offer the 50% off on the second month! This is a really nice apartment and has fantastic ocean views...now you can also save $450.00 too.

Would if be possible to rent the place without all of its furniture???
I have some stuff from another place that I like, but don't really wish to put into storage

Yes it is possible to rent without the furniture!

Hi,
I'm definitely interested in the apt for July--my lease expires on July 9th, but I can probably extend it until August. Can you send photos? Also, would it be possible to take a look at the place before July?

Hi all...just a reminder; this apartment is located on the west end of the island of St Croix...it is about 25-30 minutes drive to Christiansted.

For those who are interested, this one bedroom unit is also pet friendlyl!!
We like animals and have no objections to tenants with good cats or dogs!

Thanks for all the PM's...sure looks like the economy is picking up for new transplants to the big island!
This unit will be available again in late July for either long or short term rent.
We have recently refurnished this unit...!
The roof top gazebo, completely private and only for this unit's usage is being updated and redesigned!
Fantastic ocean views and a great place to rewind from the daily chores of life!
This unit is part of a family housing complex; very private, safe and secure.

Thanks for all the PM's about the stimulus package...!
In addition to the 50% savings for the 2nd month's rent, we are offering a spring special to get a new tenant into the apartment on or about the 1st of July.
We are cutting the normal discounted rental rate from $900/month to a new forum listed rate of $825/month + utilities for a long term leased.
We will still include the DSL internet and extended chanel cable television services.

we have rented the main house of the complex to a very nice island couple.
We are now taking applications for the smaller apartment opening for a nice tenant toward the end of July.
