I have been on island for 10 months and have 3 months left on a lease.
It is a Large studio style apartment, full kitchen, bathroom. full covered porch with view of magens bay/east of magens
Fully furnished - + pots, dishware, TV, etc
No AC, just screen doors, windows and two big ceiling fans.
$800 a month
$800 for security deposit

Do you know if the landlord allows pets at all? I'm coming to island in a couple weeks and need a place that allows dogs. Thanks!

Which island are you talking about. I am interesting in moving to St. John and is looking for an apt.
