USVI watching Puerto Rico?

Hi everyone,

It would be nice if the USVI government was watching Puerto Rico. A potential statehood for PR would eliminate the Law 40-2020, Act 22 etc. provisions. At that point there will be a huge market for the USVI to implement equivalent laws in order to lure the target group from PR to the USVI.

The cost to the USVI would be zero and the benefits could be huge.
