STX Senators
I only have a few candidates I am willing to vote for on Tuesday so far with only 2, maybe 3, incumbents on my list. I have pretty strong opinions about the incumbents but don't know much about most of the newcomers. If anyone wants to try to influence an undecided voter I am certainly willing to listen. So why are you voting for any of the newbies?
As a STT voter the ONLY incumbent that I am voting for is Barshinger since the only other option is Wilma.
Definitely, NO incumbents on the STT slate for me and only 2 definite votes for newbies Alan Friedman and Andreas Tietje.
I am undecided about Clifford Graham as of this minute.
If I were a STX voter, the only incumbent I'd vote for would be Nelly O'Reilly.
Get out there and vote!
I plan to vote for Sanes, who seems to be a voice of reason and has pursued legislation that is important to me, such as Peace Officer status and energy issues. O'Reilly I am lukewarm on but she also seems fairly reasonable and we could certainly do worse. Barshinger because of lack of viable options but I wish he would make more of an effort to be around for critical votes. Probably Judi Fricks because of the Crime Stoppers focus. Maybe Cantagata (?) but I don't know hardly anything about him. But thats all I have so far. I am not voting until late this afternoon so there is still time to sway me to vote for your candidate. I tried looking on line for candidate info without much luck so any info will be appreciated.
I'll see your Barshinger at large, Sanes, Fricks, Canegata, and raise you a Mosler for delegate! 😎
Done and over........went with Redfield in spite of the fact he is a Republican due to his background and experience.
Decided Graham and Berry would be good choices as well as Craig, again, only due to lack of choice of quality for the At large seat.
And of course the 2 gentlemen I mentioned in the above posting.
Good luck to us all to get the changes we need but more people really need to vote.
I am afraid apathy will again win out. Hope not!
