well we already know they smoke (and in their car!) so that's two strikes against them....

Some of them actually believe they're only at risk for lung cancer. Because as everyone knows the toxins stop in the lung tissue.*-)
I had someone who smokes defend it that way. As if lung cancer wasn't so bad.:S

and you all are assuming it is cigarette butts starting the fires when it has been talked about it being arson for more than a week now.
i do agree with you about the butts though. if you smoke make sure they are not still "hot" and throw them in the trash.
