Laziness or poor life decisions are disabilities.
are not??
Correct 🙂
Actually MOST of those who will lose insurance are those who benefited from expanded Medicaid coverage. Like here in the territories. Insurance companies are the REASON costs are so high. Easy to look up by almost 35% of costs are from insurance records, autocracy, etc.
It's almost if the insurance companies decided among themselves to create a unmanageable labyrinth just to screw everyone over.
Cost are high for a number of reasons and the majority are due to .gov
So a system run entirely by government is somehow cheaper? You can spin it however you want, but the state do not lie. Socialize medicine is cheaper. These countries who look at health as a human right spend far less per person.

Typical mentality. "F@ck you, I got mine."
The dude who wrote that book referenced above is a venture capitalist working for Peter Thiel, who is one of the biggest billionaire jerks alive today. That alone devalues anything Gibney says or writes.
is he a jerk because he is rich?
Why are the rich so hated in this country?
And why must walmart be picked on ALL the time.

Someone hates the gays...
Thiel is a jerk because he is leveraging his relationship with Trump to maintain and increase the US government's use of palantir spy ware. Palantir is big brother.

question-people who are in favor of single payer system and socialism, why do they have a problem with walmart workers getting welfare benefits at all? dont they really want the government to take care of them?

A E I is a conservative so called think tank and not a news source. Dick Cheney is a trustee. Walmart is not the Big Evil but close. I'll shop there but prefer not to support Walmart in any way. Too big to fail though and they don't pay their vendors if there is any excuse not to.
Who is happy with Obamacare?
The people getting subsidized medical care! The people who were happy with their healthcare, the ones who were promised that they could keep their healthcare, are not very happy.
House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) tweeted out a question late on Monday about people's experiences with Obamacare but did not get the response she was looking for.

Step 1 - Attack the source, not the substance
Step 2 - Introduce Strawman
Step 3 - Introduce 2nd strawman
Profit!

Actually, it doesn't.
That would be the common logical fallacy "AD HOMINEM"... who a person is or what they've done has nothing to do with the validity of a statement they make.
The statement must be taken for itself and dissected and debated on it's own merit... the "messenger" angle is a distraction.
But do I value what you say??
LMAO

I was very happy with my Obamacare. Premium went down from pre-ACA, got a lower deductible, and kept my doctor. And, surprise, surprise . . . I wasn't anywhere close to subsidy eligibility. And I'm older, so paid extra.
I shared my ACA experience on WH gov. Tweets are irrelevant as they are cherry-picked, and more people are vocal on social media when they have negative thoughts, than when they are satisfied. There are plenty pro- and anti-ACA stories out on @WhiteHouse,@GOP @POTUS and @realdonaldtrump.
F@ck those poor people and f@ck those old people who need constant care who got that through Medicaid expansion since Medicare doesn't cover it. I got MINE! The whole argument about freedom is b.s. it is about greed, arrogance and selfishness.

A few folks that had it the first year were happy with Obamacare. That tapered off rapidly as the market adjusted pricing and providers dropped off
From a politics side it was brilliant, get people hooked on a heavily subsidized program that appeared to have lots of providers. Get out of office and be able to blame someone else for the programs failures

Like I said Galt's Gulch is still selling lots. It is libertarian utopia just hear. The rest of us are part of a society where, dang it, we have to take care of our most vulnerable people, some do it happily without too much complaining (except when it comes to over militarized police forces) some are just selfish baby snowflakes.
But do I value what you say??
LMAO
Yep,another ad hominem...
better question, do you comprehend what I say?

I do that with out being forced, why don't you step up, or do you have to be forced to help other people?

You have to love liberal democrats, they always need to point out to you how compassionate they are and how selfish you are for not agreeing with them. Their solutions to problems always involve mandatory participation government programs which never seem to accomplish their goals and involve huge tax increases and deficits.
I would rather see solutions that don't have to be forced on people. Solutions that are sustainable and don't require ever growing deficit spending to maintain. No one has a right to force someone else to pay for their needs, healthcare or otherwise. It must be voluntary or it is not sustainable.
And now for another Sowell meme.
The difference with people who truly have empathy and compassion is they do things without announcing them to the world, the ones who are constantly telling everyone the good they do, well, it goes back to that greed and arrogance part.
Where does demanding Goverment force compassion fit?
Are you a Phoenix?
