Put Addlebrain in any setting and it's a foregone conclusion that nothing productive will be accomplished.

The federal audit results should be published soon. I believe this audit will give some good insight as to why there are so many issues with the BOE.
As far as hiring a supervisor, the STT/STJ BOE wants to move the position to an STT-based one. This is because the STX district voters have created such 'turmoil' by requesting information, public documents, etc, that has put the BOE on alert that STX is no longer going to sit still and do as we are told. By moving the supervisor to STT, getting info will naturally take longer because we will have to wait for the super to come to STX.
Right now, STT/STJ BOE members are looking to put Lawrence Boschulte in the position. He is a current BOE member who has not attended 1/2 of the meetings this term or in previous terms. In addition, he is also being sued by the very BOE that wants to hire him, how can that be?? I know this because I too am named in the suit. I find this very odd, that they would hire someone they are suing. Did they name Boschulte in the suit to get him to 'behave' and go along with the status quo? Really now...this is fishy.
